In striving to make a difference, and in line with Seeff’s values that include ‘family’ at its core, Seeff Dolphin Coast established their CSI Programme (Corporate Social Investment) during 2013 and committed one per cent of gross company Rand to assist the disadvantaged and vulnerable people living on the KZN North Coast.

Seeff specifically looked for partners who positively impact on the community and have successfully collaborated with The North Coast Courier Orphan Fund on their “Soles for Souls” campaign for the past two years.  Seeff agents visit different locations at the start of the year to distribute new school shoes to disadvantaged school going children from 5 – 18 years of age. In addition, Seeff was the main sponsor for the North Coast Courier Orphan Fund Bass fishing competition in September 2014, helping to raise over R 26 000 for charity.

Continuing with community commitment, Seeff have also partnered with the Salt Rock Neighbourhood Watch who are working with SAPS and the private sector to improve security in the Salt Rock area. Seeff sponsor the ongoing monthly security training programme that has been implemented for all domestic workers and homeowners in the Salt Rock area and is lending other marketing support to grow the membership base.

Another initiative has been launched in October 2014 whereby Seeff have financed and begun hosting the inspirational Care Clown training programme where volunteers are trained to go on hospital, school and community visits and provide emotional care and joy to sick and traumatised children.

We are proud to be a part of the community and will continue to find ways to give back and make a difference.
