Accolades to the Palm Lakes Team

Kelvin Isaac has been involved as a member of the Property Professional team that has been operating in Palm Lakes Estate for the past 5 years.  This year Kelvin officially took over the reins of the Seeff Palm Lakes Sales and Rental team.

In the competitive industry of real estate it can be hard to stand out but Kelvin has focused on building relationships, is very clear about the level of personalized service, is exceptionally willingly to go the extra mile and has an incredible passion for property. All these attributes  have contributed to  the applaudable results Kelvin has achieved  this past year which has translated into Kelvin being involved in 26 registered transfers with a gross concluded sales figure of nearly R 55 million to date, making him an instrumental figure in this estate’s success. In addition Kelvin has also catapulted into the top 5 positions within Seeff KZN regionally. Based on the interim year end results Kelvin has attained 3rd position in KZN and is sitting within the top 20 Seeff Agents nationally at position no 17.

Kelvin works very closely with the development team at Palm Lakes. Kelvin is well informed, and has also positioned himself take on the new challenges when the next development phase commences very shortly. Kelvin has added to his arsenal an exceptionally competent administration facilitator – Kylie Jones who makes sure every transaction runs in line with the high standards they hold themselves accountable for. Kylie also has over 5 year’s Real Estate experience having been involved with marketing, rentals, conveyancing, and account management.  This team is now looking to entrench their position in Palm Lakes and the up and coming offerings in Palm lakes Estate will provide new impetus.

Five years after the developers submitted their rezoning application to the municipality the Le Cheval Equestrian Estate is about to become a reality. This comprises a 120 hectare area on the seaside of the N2 and will offer both PUD sites as well as over 80 residential smallholdings ranging in size from 3350 sq. metres up to 14000 sq. metres in size.

The Numz area has also been developed this year and adds to the appeal of this lifestyle estate. This large area provides a space where families can meet and enjoy various activities. Currently the Golf driving range is located there and a Park Run is held every Saturday, together with a market and car boot market, and reptile displays and snake awareness courses hosted by Neville Wolmarans and Helen Bauermeister. An Eco-Education Centre is also planned to be located here as is Lorets Klein Kitchen which will be a convenience store stocking and serving freshly baked bread, cakes, pastries and bottled farm style goodies.

Another product that was recently added to Palm Lakes Estate‘s offering also needs a mention. Palm Lakes Sugar Ridge Estate, an inland facing lifestyle estate will have 600 residential stand opportunities that will be available during the early part of 2018.
